The purpose of the GCA Family Teacher Fellowship (FTF) is to enhance and support the relationship between the administration, faculty/staff and families of GCA. This includes providing volunteers for grade-level and school-wide events. Spiritual growth and community connection, both inside GCA and outside in the greater community, are emphasized as we partner together in providing a Kingdom Education for our children.

Every GCA family is automatically a member of the Family Teacher Fellowship. There are many ways to be involved in the FTF through giving of your time as we FTF help to coordinate the volunteer and fundraising efforts for GCA. We need volunteers to give of their time and talents to help with class parties, special events, athletic events and more. We also need families who are willing to support the FTF financially as we provide funds to pay for special facility improvements, equipment and supplies for all athletic teams and to cover needs identified by administration and faculty for all grade levels in other areas, such as academics and fine arts.

Our primary source of funding is through Swordsmen Club Sponsorships, GCA Spirit Wear sales, concession sales and direct donations. Specific corporate sponsorship opportunities are available for scoreboards and special events as well. Please see below for ways you can become involved today! We look forward to serving with you!

Athletic Sign Ups Now Available!

There are many opportunities to help with concessions, ticket booth, spirit wear, chains, and more! If all of us volunteer a couple times each year, we’ll easily have all our sporting events covered! It’s also a great way to get to know more of our GCA families!

We understand that you want to watch your kids play; we do too!! If your son plays football, it’s completely fine to sign up to work a volleyball game or even wait until basketball season! Just don’t forget to get your 2 required games per sport scheduled as soon as you’re able!

Moms’ Weekly Prayer Groups

GCA ladies are invited to join together weekly for a time of prayer. This is a time to pray over every student, teacher and faculty, and any other prayer needs for our schools’ families as part of our GCA Prayer Ministry. We hope one of the following times works for you. 

Dates: Every Wednesday GCA is open.

Times: 7:15am,  8:00am and 2:00pm

Locations: The 7:15am and 2:00pm groups meet at Awaken Coffeehouse. Before school care is provided in the elementary and secondary lunchrooms. The 8:00am group meets at Panera, located at Firewheel on Hwy. 78.

Dads’ Monthly Prayer Groups

GCA men are invited to join together monthly for a time of prayer.
