Applicants enrolling in first through ninth grade must provide the previous school year’s report card upon completing the application.
Applicants enrolling in tenth through twelfth grade must provide transcripts from the student’s previous educational institution.
Applicants must provide a copy of their birth certificate and current immunization records.
Students applying for sixth through twelfth grades are required to complete the OLSAT (Otis-Lennon School Ability Test) which is designed to measure a student’s cognitive abilities as it relates to educational success.
Students applying for K5 through fifth grade are required to complete an entrance exam which evaluates the students language and mathematic ability.
Application & New Student Registration Fee: $475
Tuition is paid in 9 monthly installments from August-April through FACTS Tuition Management: there will be a $50 fee added to the first payment. Student Fees are paid in July.
**Athletic fees are billed when applicable.
Multiple Student Discount | 2nd child – $500/yr., 3rd child – $750/yr., 4th child – $1,000/yr. Max discount AM Kdg. – $200. |
Advance Discount | 4% tuition reduction if you pay the year in its entirety by July 5. 2% tuition reduction if you pay the year by semester (July 5 and December 5). |
Student Referral Discount | $500 tuition reduction per student that you recruit to attend GCA. See office for details. |
Pastoral Discount | Tuition reduction given to families whose head of household gains their principle income from full-time vocational pastoral ministry (40+ hours of active work & approved by admin). |
